- All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of successful payment confirmation.

- Upon dispatch, a second email/SMS will be shared with your tracking number and courier details, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
- In case the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.

3. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs (International Orders)
- For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable custom duties, import taxes, or tariffs as per the laws and regulations of the destination country.
- These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery or customs clearance and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
