  • All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of successful payment confirmation.

  • Upon dispatch, a second email/SMS will be shared with your tracking number and courier details, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
  • In case the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate contact number and delivery address at checkout so the courier partner can reach you if required.

  • We currently ship orders across India.
  • Estimated delivery timelines generally range between 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier partner serviceability.
  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regulatory checks, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs (International Orders)

  • For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable custom duties, import taxes, or tariffs as per the laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery or customs clearance and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
