  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Order confirmation details will be shared via email and/or SMS.
  • AKUA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Incorrect pricing or product information
    • Non-availability of stock
    • Payment issues
    • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping across India.
  • Estimated delivery timelines generally range between 7-14 working days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regulatory issues, or other external factors are beyond our control. Any such delays will be communicated through registered contact details wherever possible.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:
    • Product damaged during transit
    • Incorrect product delivered
    • Expired or defective product
    • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
